The Retail Innovations Conference II innovations festival has already launched the registration. What can you look forward to?

For example, for specific solutions and case studies of successful branch remodeling, where customers and employees like to go. The keynote speaker of the second year of the festival is the desirable Dutch designer Martijn Frank Dirks.

Retail has been hit by epidemic of the remodeling and new concepts. What is it? In addition to the natural abrasion, the change is in the changes in customer behavior. Beautifying the exterior and replacing the furniture, refrigerators and lighting with energy efficient one is not enough. The competition has the same suppliers, following the same trends, also you. Successful concepts are quickly copied and the customer has the impression that they are still shopping in the same network, just with another branding. So how does the consumer decide? Would he rather be close to traffic, varied assortment, massive marketing or friendly staff?

By the way, the staff. Do any of your employees really want to work in a nice new branch? Or are they motivated with a higher salary? It is obvious that such “motivation” works only at the cost of repeating and increasing reward. Rewards motivate, but to apply for a further reward. How do you get people who do not run from one retailer to another without bringing increased productivity, ideas, and innovation? You will be able to find answers in the second edition of Retail Innovations Conference II </ strong> in Bratislava on April 12, 2018.
